Join The Play ROCs your Neighborhood
On Saturday, July 16, 2016 from 12:00. – 4:00 p.m, the Beechwood community hosted our very own play day!
We call it the Join The Play ROCs your Neighborhood Movement.
We want to showcase what we want play to look like in our neighborhood, and to raise awareness for the need for safer and more accessible spaces for our kids to play!
There were family friendly games, TONS of giveaways (frisbees, kickballs, jump ropes, water bottles, and on and on!), food, and more!
Beechwood’s own Tonz of Fun Entertainment provided character appearances, balloon animals, temporary tattooos, and more!
Rec on the Move joined us too, to help facilitate a variety of games.
